GENERAL

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and others.

All payments are made on a secure server. 

We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed, so please be sure to review your order before you confirm your purchase. 

If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures. Please note: Your shipping address must be entered in English. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. You can certainly use it for a future purchase, if still valid. 

We currently do not provide any warranty, however if you run into issues past the 30-day return or exchange period, please send us an email atsupport@nayabracelets.com and we will see how we can help. 

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs, and other fees.

Naya Bracelets holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.

SHIPPING

Our products are manufactured in Asia and are therefore shipped internationally. Here are the estimated delivery times:

UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY, ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, AUSTRALIA, BRAZIL, RUSSIA, SOUTH AFRICA, AND EGYPT

Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days.

FOR MEXICO, AND THE REST OF DELIVERABLE COUNTRIES ORDERS:

Estimated delivery time: 20-35 days.

Weather delays, holidays and custom inspections are some of the reasons there are delays that affect international shipments. While we know this causes inconvenience for our customers (that typically expect fast shipping times), we will do the best we can to bring the product to you within the promised time. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we will add a fulfillment center in the US to reduce these shipping times. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

Items ordered together may not always ship together, as there could be different warehouses shipping out different products. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we will add a fulfillment center in the US to improve our packaging.
