We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed, so please be sure to review your order before you confirm your purchase. 

If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures. Please note: Your shipping address must be entered in English. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. You can certainly use it for a future purchase, if still valid. 

We currently do not provide any warranty, however if you run into issues past the 30-day return or exchange period, please send us an email and we will see how we can help. 

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs, and other fees.

Our products are manufactured in Asia and are therefore shipped internationally. Here are the estimated delivery times:

Weather delays, holidays and custom inspections are some of the reasons there are delays that affect international shipments. While we know this causes inconvenience for our customers (that typically expect fast shipping times), we will do the best we can to bring the product to you within the promised time. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we will add a fulfillment center in the US to reduce these shipping times. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

Items ordered together may not always ship together, as there could be different warehouses shipping out different products. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we will add a fulfillment center in the US to improve our packaging.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us to arrange a return. We offer no questions asked returns. You have 30 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange. The full refund will be returned once the item is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the item is back in our possession. Note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping expenses to send the bracelet to us are the responsibly of the customer however we will take care of the shipping back to you. 

Absolutely! Things happen and can go wrong. Please see return policy above. While we do not require you tell us why you are returning your items, we are grateful for your constructive feedback as we are always working on improving our products so your feedback matters! 


When you place an order, you will receive status emails to the email address you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also usethis link to track your package. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information. 

When a package is shipped out, it can take 1-2 days for the scan to be updated due to processing. If you are still having trouble, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information. 

Start by checking in spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots. If you cannot find the package, send us a note .

While our handmade bracelets are durable and are not easily torn or damaged, significant care is still required to make sure that they will maintain their original size and shape in the long run. The bracelets must not be subjected to harsh elements and they must be stored in a cool and dry place when not worn for a long period of time. Moreover, extreme environmental conditions will surely contribute to the wear and tear of the bracelets. 

Most of our bracelets are adjustable and can be hooked or clasped securely according to your wrist size. The Wrap Bracelets have a lace-up clasp type, the Hematite Bracelets have an elastic bracelet clasp type, and our Beads Bracelets have an easy-hook clasp-type.

All of our products are made in Asia and are imported from there. As we continue to expand and grow, we will move the products to a local warehouse in US, to allow for faster shipping to US customers. That applies to international shipments as well. 

Our handmade, woven bracelets are wax thread bracelets. They are made out of cotton, and are made strong by waxing so they don't wear and tear easily. We pride ourselves in quality craftsmanship and use of sustainable, raw materials.

Naya Bracelets Sterling Silver bracelets and jewelries are made from genuine 925 Sterling Silver. The rating 92.5 indicates that they have been melded or combined with 6.5% copper. This is essential because copper makes the jewelry harder for use and as mentioned, genuine silver oxidizes so the purer it is, the faster will be the oxidation process. A soft silver can't be molded into jewelry.

On the other hand, our silver bracelets are made of zinc alloy. This metal composition makes our bracelets more durable and strong for long-term use.

All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it will happen a lot faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulfur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, and acidic skin ph.

We recommend that you do not wear any jewelry while bathing, in bed or during sporting activities.

A safe way to clean most jewelry is to pour a small amount of a mild liquid detergent (pH neutral) in lukewarm water and use a small, soft brush. If the jewelry item is very dirty, leave it to soak in the water for about 10 minutes. Rinse and pat dry with a soft, clean cloth.
